Jovon is not only a trainer with the gym, but he is also the owner. Times has been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, and received his MSS (Masters of Sports Science) degree. He is also a physical education instructor at both CPCC and JCSU.

Mike Avent
Mike has been a fitness trainer for over 10 years, starting his journey at Golds Gym, with experience in being a both a Training Manager and General Manager with the company. Since then he has started his own private training company, assisting others with their health journey for years.

With a B.S. in Exercise Science and NASM certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching, Emily is here to help you crush your fitness goals with sustainable, fun habits.
